the start...yet again!

my intro...
so i decided to try to lose weight again. this time i have way more motivation than the other times. no really! i do!  the office here that i work at is doing their version of a biggest loser competition. so i definitely have the motivation now and then some.  we are into week 3 for this thing i have lost 8.2 pounds so far.  i did set up a nice little excel spreadsheet file to record my successes and keep track of my weight loss.  i'm only saying successes because that will be the only thing that happens.  there are no failures just lessons learned.  i lost quite a bit back in 2008 time frame, starting at 260lbs i lost up to 80lbs with the help of a weight loss program.  then met some friends who love to drink and eat soooo the weight came back on about 20lbs of it and then with added stress of losing a job i am now back up to 233lbs.  i'm very depressed with myself that i did allow to get to almost right back where i started.  so i think this time it's going to be it.  i'm going to stick with this one. promise. i don't want to be that very sad little girl that i was when i was at 260lbs. i seriously wanted to just die. i will post a before picture soon.  this time next year i will be a completely new me!!!!
